CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations:

You may cancel your coaching or facilitation booking 48 hours in advance.

You may cancel your registration for a course within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than one module or downloaded course materials.

You may NOT cancel the payment of a product once downloaded.

After 7 days: No refunds will be issued, but you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future course (if available).

Workshops/Live Sessions: If you cannot attend a live session, you will receive access to the replay (where available).
