HOLISTIC INTIMACY AND EMBODIMENT COACHING

I'm an Holistic Intimacy Coach with further training as an ICF Accredited InnerLifeSkills Professional Coach and a Foundation Certified Enneagram 101 Coach. These two ICF Accredited Coaching Programs defines coaching as a partnership where coaches guide and facilitate, rather than advise, helping clients set clear goals, find their own solutions, and create action plans. It emphasizes empowering clients to discover their own insights, fostering accountability and lasting change. In order for coaching to have a lasting impact, coaches work holistically (mind, body, heart, and spirit).

I see women for who they are in their totality, and guide and support them to integrate so they can live life more embodied and confident. My approach is non-directive as I support and guide women to transform internal limitations (inner obstacles) and cultivate inner strength (inner wealth).

I am also an embodiment facilitator (trained in the Fundamentals of Embodied Facilitation, accredited by the Shakti Shiva Academy). Embodied facilitation is a holistic and somatic approach that integrates physical awareness, movement, and presence, to foster learning, healing and transformation, rather than relying solely on cognitive approaches or talk therapy.

I use techniques such as breathing, grounding, visualisation, conscious movement and sound practices to create embodied awareness which assist women to release blocks, become aware of their intuition and the body's inner wisdom. Embodied facilitation holds the core tenet of embodied living. It emphasises intuition, deep listening, vulnerability, emptiness and loving presence, and understands that every trigger and discomfort can be a guide.

FACILITATION

My coaching is enriched by my own life experience and embodiment practices. It is trauma- and neuroscience informed, and further grounded in philosophy, psychology, sexuality and spirituality. The Principles of the Sacred Feminine inform my work.

I firmly believe that the body holds the score to all that we have experienced. Trauma not only impacts the mind, but creates physical and physiological disruption that reshapes the brain and body. To embody holistic healing, we need to reconnect the mind and body through embodied practices rather than relying solely on talk therapy or medication (inspired by Bessel van der Kolk).

EMBODIED CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT

CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

I am a Conscious Movement Practitioner (combining the modalities of 5Rhythms, Bliss Dance and Biodanza in my sessions).

After my divorce, I stumbled upon this modality as a way to process and embody my emotions and feelings. I was so inspired by how moving my body consciously, helped me heal and transform, that I wanted to bring this practice into my coaching.

Conscious movement is a guided movement practice where you listen to your body, move freely, and let music lead you without choreography. It blends mindful awareness with compassion, intuitive movement, creating a safe space to explore sensation, emotion, and self-expression in the present moment.

During my Conscious Movement Creative Workshops I incorporate somatic practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, visualisation, and creative activities, to guide and support my clients.
